Workshops and Seminars
Allan is a published cartoonist whose work has appeared in A Cup of Chicken Soup for the Soul, 1996; Chicken Soup for the Canadian Soul, 2003; Chicken Soup for the Breast Cancer Survivors Soul, 2006.
His cartoons have also been seen in The North Bay Independent (weekly newspaper 1989-1990), Stitches Magazine For Doctors, GP Psychotherapist Newsletter, and Psychologica.
Allan is the author of RELAX FOR THE FUN OF IT: A Cartoon & Audio Guide to Releasing Stress Available through Caramal Publishing
Allan incorporates humour and creativity into his presentations. Positive humour can provide distance and perspective. Creativity can offer new alternatives for coping.
